About
Jessica Lala, LCSW
I come to you as a social worker for over 20 years. I started my career as a Juvenile Probation Officer and then as an administrator of a foster care program. I started my counseling practice in 2012. In 2022 due to a number of factors I transitioned my practice to 100% virtual, offering sessions via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone.

I find joy in helping individuals discover their inner strength and successes within themselves. I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Psycho-therapy.

Due to my personal experiences working within the law enforcement system, I have a passion for working with first responders on an individual basis and also in debriefings. I am also working with a number of departments to develop peer support programs and train peer supporters.
